对产品在欧盟市场的售后监督,进行有效的控制,以便为顾客提供周到、安全的服务。

本程序规定了产品售后监督的职责、工作程序、内容和要求。

3、职责


                                                                                                                                          


3.1销售商负责从市场获取有关产品质量的反馈信息。


                                                                                                                                                            


3.2欧盟授权代表负责将重大事故通知主管当局。


                                                                                                                                                            


3.3公司服务机构应确保为顾客提供正常的服务,同时对发生的重大事故进行处理。


                                                                                                                                                                                  


4、控制程序


                                                                                                                                          


4.1作为本公司国外代理销售商应按相关规定开展销售业务,同时及时了解顾客使用情况和对


产品的改进意见,形成记录汇总后定期向本公司销售部反馈产品质量的信息。


                                                                                                                                            


4.2如果产品在欧盟境内发生严重事故,欧盟授权代表应及时通知本公司并协助其进行处理,


具体执行《警戒系统控制程序》。


                                                                                                                                            


4.3本公司应对销售商进行技术培训,使其能开展对顾客的日常咨询及使用指导服务,对技术


性较强、要求较高的情况,可与本公司销售部联系另行解决。所有的活动应形成记录,


定期统计汇总报本公司。


                                                                                                                                            


4.4公司为欧盟市场提供的服务可执行《顾客信息反馈控制程序》有关的内容。
